After placing an order, cancellation will be considered valid when done within 24 hours of placing the order. Email us at email@example.com for cancellation. Order cancellation will not be entertained after 24 hours under any circumstances.
RETURNS / EXCHANGE
Returns / Exchanges will be accepted only in an unlikely event of a manufacturing defect. All our products being handloom, minor irregularities in dying / thread work cannot be considered as defect. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving of the package. We will confirm the exchange. The products that is to be returned or exchanged should be returned to us in the original condition received within 7 days of delivery of the package. In case of damaged product, we will be offering an replacement only. Refund will be done only if we are not able to provide a replacement. The products should be sent back in the original packaging with the bills and tags intact else the return/exchange will be considered void. Sarees that have the blouse piece cut, tassels made and falls stitched by you will not be accepted.
Refunds will be processed through the original mode of payment used by the customer after receiving the returned product. Once the refund is initiated, it will take 10 - 15 days for the refund to be credited.
